About Us

Crescent Specialty Foods, LLC is a specialty food producer that delivers poultry, beef, pork, lamb, and veal creations that meet your specific retail needs. The Crescent Group has been in the food industry since 1984 and we fully understand the steps that need to be taken to continually produce safe, value-added food products to our entire customer base. We have a well-developed HACCP program and an established USDA program. In addition to these quality enhancing programs, we are SQF certified. We strive to serve customers that source their products from producers with this high level food safety program.

Our Mission

At Crescent Specialty Foods, it is our mission to provide our customers with unique food creations using the highest quality, fresh chicken, beef, pork, lamb and veal. If our current line of products do not meet our clients‘ needs, we will specifically tailor a product to meet specifications. We provide these products along with the upmost respect, integrity, and attention to detail to our client to ensure you continue to use Crescent Specialty Foods for all your specialty retail meat creations.

Our History

Our parent company, Crescent Packing Corp. has been in the food industry for over 30 years now. Throughout that time, we have been dedicated to customer satisfaction, integrity, and providing the highest quality meat and food products. Crescent Specialty Foods, LLC was founded in order to begin providing specialty retail food and meat products to existing and new customers. Our dedication to quality has also allowed us to obtain our SQF Certification to achieve the highest level of quality in the industry nationwide.

Inventory and Operations

Our inventory is tracked by lot, product, and weight across all stages of our operation.

We use an integrated warehouse and ERP system to manage receiving, storage, and order fulfillment, ensuring accurate inventory and full traceability.

This approach allows us to maintain consistency, support customer requirements, and manage products that vary in weight without relying on manual processes.

Orders can be received and processed through EDI, allowing for automated order handling and reduced manual entry.

We utilize a system developed by Inspired Technology Systems to support these operations.
